Head Coach — Strength & Conditioning

Eight years coaching. NSCA-CSCS certified, Precision Nutrition Level 2. He competed in powerlifting at national level for five years, which means he understands the difference between training for performance and training for aesthetics — and can deliver both. Every program that goes out from Peak Form is written or reviewed by Marcus before the first session.

Aisha Lowe

Performance Coach — Conditioning & Mobility

Former 400m sprinter, GB development squad, now eight years into coaching. She leads all HIIT programming and runs the group conditioning sessions. Her technical cueing is unusually precise for a conditioning coach — she came up through track athletics, where form is non-negotiable. She's also the best person in the building to talk to about injury prevention.

Ryan Kim

Nutrition & Body Recomposition Coach

MSc in Sports Nutrition, ISSN-SNS certified, ACE personal trainer. Ryan handles all nutrition coaching and leads the body recomposition program. He's not interested in fad diets or extreme deficits — the plans he builds are meant to be followed for months, not abandoned after three weeks. He also handles the quarterly nutrition audits for the Elite plan members.
