Agreement

By enquiring about or engaging Echo Web Works ("we", "us") for web design services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Services

We design and build custom websites as agreed in writing (email or messaging) with each client, covering scope, price, and timeline. Any add-ons (e.g. booking system integration) are scoped and priced separately before work begins.

Payment

Pricing and payment terms are agreed per project before work starts. Optional ongoing care plans (from £50/mo) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with notice.

Delivery & revisions

Delivery timelines are estimates communicated at project start. A 30-day bug-fix window is included after launch as standard, covering defects in work we delivered — not new feature requests.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the code and content we built for you. We retain the right to display the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to build sites for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to decline or terminate work that violates this, and to remove or refuse access for any user who abuses our communication channels (email, WhatsApp, phone) — e.g. spam, harassment, or attempts to scrape or misuse data shared with us.

Liability

We aim for reliable, secure builds, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a delivered site, third-party service outages (hosting, DNS, payment processors), or issues introduced by changes made after handover by you or a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
